This notice is to make the general public aware that Brewin Dolphin Portfolios
Limited (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority
(“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences
granted in relation to the Income Fund (Euro), the Income Fund (GBP) and The Bond
Fund (GBP) (“the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This
surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action
taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 24 May 2017, the Scheme and the
Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
