This notice is to make the general public aware that CAM Fund Series SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to Arenal, Irazu, Poas (“the Sub Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 23 January 2015, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
