This notice is to make the general public aware that Celsius Global Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to the following Sub-Funds: Barclays GLG Diversified Index (EUR) Fund;

• Barclays AFB Long/Short Allocator Fund;
• Revolution Fund;
• DFD Cash Plus 200 (EUR) Fund;
• Absolute HF Return Fund;
• Alpha Growth HF Return Fund;
• Beta Value HF Return Fund;
• Focus HF Return Fund;
• Reflex HF Return Fund;
• Smart HF Return Fund; and
• Summit HF Return Fund.

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 18 February 2014, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
