This notice is to make the general public aware that Celsius Global Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to Global TAA 300 Fund, FX Multistrategy Fund, ICI Fund (GBP) and Enhanced Multi Strategy Dynamic Fund (“the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 29th November, 2012, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
