This notice is to make the general public aware that FCS Asset Management Ltd (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the UCITS Manager and AIF Manager licences granted to it. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 08 April 2025, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
