This notice is to make the general public aware that Innocap Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to the following Sub-Funds:

• Aspect Diversified Sub-Fund;
• Force Capital II Sub-Fund;
• Graham K4D15 Sub-Fund;
• Hathersage LTCP Sub-Fund;
• Innocap Artemis UK Hedge Sub-Fund;
• Krom River Sub-Fund;
• NuWave Sub-Fund;
• QCM GDP Sub-Fund; and
• WNTN Sub-Fund.

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 9 January 2015, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
