This notice is to make the general public aware that Innocap Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to the following Sub-Funds:

• Clanbrassil Sub-Fund;
• Conquest Macro Sub-Fund;
• Danix Sub-Fund;
• Duet MENA Sub-Fund;
• GLC Behavioural Sub-Fund;
• GLC Directional Sub-Fund;
• GLC Macro Sub-Fund;
• HomeField Sub-Fund;
• Kildare Sub-Fund;
• Penta Sub-Fund; and
• Rhicon Sub-Fund.

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 15th January, 2013, the Sub Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
