This notice is to make the general public aware that Innocap Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept the surrender of the licence granted in relation to:

• Belmont Sub-Fund
• GAM FX Discretionary Sub-Fund
• ICM Diversified Sub-Fund
• Porcupine Sub-Fund
• Salto Index Sub-Fund
• Sophia Sub-Fund

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 13th January 2012, the Sub Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
