This notice is to make the general public aware that JFP Investments SICAV plc (‘the Scheme’) recently requested the Malta Financial Services  Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to Jubilee Momentum Fund, Magnolia Rise Investment Fund, and Salt Flat Investment Fund (‘the Sub-Funds’). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from the 24th October, 2012, the Sub Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
