This notice is to make the general public aware that Metatron Capital SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to the following Sub-Funds:

• Metatron Discretionary FX Fund
• Metatron Adaptive Trading Fund

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntaryand does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 18 March 2014, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
