This notice is to make the general public aware that NBCG Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to the following Sub-Funds:

• NBCG Duet Mena Sub-Fund;
• NBCG SC Multistrategy CHF Sub-Fund;
• NBCG Summerhill Sub-Fund; and
• NBCG Waterford Sub-Fund.

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 15th January, 2013, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
