This notice is to make the general public aware that NBCG Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the licence granted in relation to NBCG Diva Sub-Fund and NBCG Salto Sub-Fund (“the Sub Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 25th July 2012, the Sub Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
