This notice is to make the general public aware that NBCG Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to:

NBCG Alternate Sub-Fund
NBCG Cambio Sub-Fund
NBCG Emerging Sub-Fund
NBCG Explorers Plus Sub-Fund
NBCG Florence Sub-Fund
NBCG Inno Sub-Fund
NBCG Merrion Sub-Fund
NBCG Opportunity Sub-Fund
NBCG REECH Rochester Sub-Fund
NBCG Sherpa Sub-Fund
NBCG SP-A Sub-Fund

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme`s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 6th September, 2010, the Sub funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
