This notice is to make the general public aware that Audentia Capital SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted to the Scheme in relation to the following Sub Funds:

1. FX Selective Opportunities Fund;
2. Hesfai Capital Fund;
3. Lapa Fund;
4. Pala Fund;
5. Select Investments Fund;
6. Select Markets Fund; and
7. Solaris Fund.

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 3 December 2018, the Sub-Funds indicated above ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
