Erste Bank (Malta) Limited (“the Company”) has recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the Fund Administration Recognition Certificate. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by MFSA. Accordingly with effect from the 12th November, 2008 the Fund Administration Recognition Certificate has been surrendered.
