This notice is to make the general public aware that HSBC Global Asset Management (Malta) Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Recognition Certificate to provide Fund Administration Services. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 6 August 2015, the Company ceased to be recognised by the MFSA.
