This notice is to make the general public aware that FCS Asset Management Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the Recognition Certificate granted to the Company in order to provide fund administration services. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 19 November 2024, the Company ceased to be recognised by the MFSA
