This notice is to make the general public aware that Staern Ltd (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its VFAA Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 05 April 2022, the Company ceased to be registered by the MFSA.
