This notice is to make the general public aware that Medfinco (Nominee) Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the warrant which was issued to the company to act as a nominee company in terms of Article 43 of the Malta Financial Services Centre Act as retained in force by Section 107(4) of Act XVII of 2002. The MFSA has accepted the surrender of such warrant. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 21st January 2015, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
