This notice is to make the general public aware that Keystone Insurance Brokers Limited
requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the voluntary suspension
of its enrolment in the Brokers List in terms of article 16(e) of the Insurance Distribution Act
(Cap. 487 of the laws of Malta). The MFSA has accepted Keystone Insurance Brokers
Limited’s request. This suspension is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any
regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly with effect from 30th August 2018 and
until further notice, Keystone Insurance Brokers Limited’s enrolment in the Brokers List is in
suspension.
