This notice is to make the general public aware that Absolute AKJ Fund IC SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the extension of the voluntary suspension of the licence granted to the Scheme until 25 February 2014, to 1 July 2014. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This suspension extension is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 26 February 2014, and until further notice, the Scheme’s licence is in suspension.
