This notice is to make the general public aware that Absolute AKJ Fund IC SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the voluntary suspension of the licence granted to the Scheme until the 25th February, 2014. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This suspension is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 3rd May, 2013, and until further notice, the Scheme’s licence is in suspension.
