This notice is to make the general public aware that Elgin (Europe) Ltd (“the Company”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept voluntary suspension of its Category 2 Investment Services Licence for a six month period. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This suspension is entirely voluntary and  does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 12th June, 2013 and until further notice, the Company’s Category 2 Investment Services Licence is in suspension.
