This notice is to make the general public aware that Horus Malta Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the voluntary suspension of its Category 2 Investment Services Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This suspension is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 31 January 2018, and until further notice, the Company’s Category 2 Investment Services Licence is in suspension.
