This notice is to make the general public aware that Dominion Fiduciary Services (Malta) Limited, as retirement scheme administrators of The Dominion Malta Retirement Plan (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept termination of registration of the Scheme.

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This termination is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 5th April 2012, the Scheme ceased to be registered by the MFSA.
